I’ll be fifty soon. I’ve been training for over twenty years, and I’m still learning. That’s the whole point of this place. Most fitness content is written by people trying to sell you a six-week plan, or by twenty-five-year-olds who’ve never had a real injury, a mortgage, or a decade of life get in the way of their training. Why a Decade, Not a 6-Week Challenge

Every January the same story plays out. Someone signs up for a “6-week transformation challenge,” cuts calories to 1,200 a day, lifts five times a week, and posts a dramatic before-and-after.
